RESERVATIONS
Early reservations are suggested, as most resorts in Fiji are small and intimate. Upon verifying tour availability, and receiving your deposit or full payment, we will prepare your itinerary and all necessary vouchers for your holiday package. Additionally, Fiji Adventures will send you important essential information about the Fiji Islands, helpful information on how to prepare for your travel adventure, as well as all the items we consider essential for you to have a safe, enjoyable and comfortable trip.

TRIP CANCELLATIONS
For group tours, Fiji Adventures reserves the right to cancel any group tour that does not meet the minimum criteria for the tour. You will be notified of any such cancellation at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival in Fiji, and you will receive a full refund, less our administrative costs of $50 USD per person. Note that Fiji Adventures is not responsible for any other expenses you may have incurred when planning your trip; e.g., airline tickets, equipment or clothing purchases, etc. Fiji Adventures will attempt to reschedule your trip, if possible, in lieu of cancellation. Fiji Adventures also recommends travel and trip insurance.

PAYMENT POLICY
To reserve your tour, whether for individuals or small groups, a non-refundable deposit of $250.00 per person is required.

The final payment for the travelers' balance is as follows:

For regular group tours (a total of at least 8 persons) final payment must be made at least 90 days prior to your departure date. Non-payment, according to these guidelines, may result in forfeiture of your trip.

For F.I.T. travelers [individual(s), couples and groups smaller than 8], final payment must be received by Fiji Adventures at least 45 days prior to departure. Non-payment, according to these guidelines, may result in forfeiture of your trip.

For Special Group Travelers [Uniquely developed itineraries for any group of 8 or more persons (including tour guides)] final payment must be made at least 120 days prior to your arrival-in-Fiji date, unless other arrangements have been made with Fiji Adventures management. Non-payment, according to these guidelines, may result in forfeiture of your trip.

Note: If Fiji Adventures is also booking your international flight, all tickets must be paid for within 30 days of receiving confirmed seats reservations from Fiji Adventures.

TOUR PRICES
All tour prices are based on per person, double occupancy, unless otherwise indicated. For single travelers, an additional "Single Supplement" charge may be assessed (See each package for details).

If there are any price changes or updates, you will be notified about these changes at the time you book your travel with us. Departure dates are based on Air Pacific / Qantas / American Airlines / Air New Zealand and United Airlines current timetables, with LAX as the origination departure points for those travelers coming from North America.

CANCELLATIONS
If you must cancel a travel with Fiji Adventures, the following fees will be assessed:

Individual cancellation fees:
Until 46 days prior to departure, $250
45 days or less prior to departure, 100% of tour cost

Regular group cancellation fees:
Until 91 days prior to departure, $250 per group member
90 days or less prior to departure, 100% of tour cost

Special group cancellation fees:
Until 120 days prior to departure, $250 per group member
121 days or less prior to departure, 100% of tour cost

Fiji Adventures may be able to reschedule your tours, but a rescheduling fee will apply, depending on when Fiji Adventures receives your request and written notification for a change in your travel dates (Written notification is required, no exceptions). Or, if you are traveling with a group, you may elect to transfer your tickets to another group member or individual. However, there will still be a transfer fee associated with your request.

UNUSED ACTIVITIES & SERVICES
Package prices are quoted as complete packages. Refunds are not given for any activities or services included in your trip which you did not use. Fiji Adventures is not liable for changes to your trip itinerary due to weather or other conditions, and we will do our utmost to provide you with alternative activities, as available. Fiji Adventures is not responsible for delays or omissions from any tour cause by circumstances beyond Fiji Adventures control. Fiji Adventures strongly advises our travelers to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance to protect your travel investment.

CALIFORNIA SELLER OF TRAVEL PROGRAM
Fiji Adventures is a participant in the California Seller of Travel Program. Our registration number is #2072432-40. As such, you are protected from fraud by this Program. Please note that this does not cover non-California residents and does not cover any foreign travel where the foreign providers of service do not meet with the Seller of Travel Law.

The California Seller of Travel Program also requires travel sellers to deposit and hold passenger money in a trust account, or to have a surety bond to protect customer funds. Fiji Adventures maintains such a trust account to protect and secure all payments you make to us for your travel.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
All U.S., Australia, New Zealand and other Commonwealth Country citizens traveling to Fiji require a valid passport from that country. Passport that must be valid at least six months after your scheduled travel has been completed. For these travelers no visas are required to travel in Fiji, and no specific immunizations are required. Travelers who hold passports other than U.S., Australia, New Zealand and other Commonwealth Countries, must check with their organizing travel consultant to assess appropriate needs and requirements to enter Fiji. If Fiji Adventures is booking your international air as part of your package we will advise you as to whether a visa is needed.

ITEMS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR TOUR PACKAGE
All extra baggage, or bulky item charges for any reason, customs charges, airfare (unless it is explicitly stated that Fiji Adventures will include it as part of your travel), laundry, phone calls, personal purchases and any alcoholic beverages or activities which are not specifically included in the regular tour package and itinerary provided to you.
